Our Commitment
Our goal is to provide clear and transparent salon appointment policy information to our clients. We are always upfront and strive for excellence on our craft.
Final sale
Understand that ALL transactions at the Fringe Parlor are considered final sale. No refunds will be offered on services performed. We guarantee our work for one week should you need any adjustments. You must contact your stylist within that week to schedule. If you’re wanting changes that were not discussed during your consult, charges may apply.
Right to Refuse
The Fringe Parlor reserves the right to refuse services for any reason. The safety of our staff & guests is the utmost importance. Any form of harassment, inappropriate or rude behavior, will not be tolerated. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule & possibly put down a non refundable deposit to book your next appoinment. We value everyones time & do our best to stay on schedule.
Cancellation Policy
I understand and agree that I will be charged 50% of the total service booked if I do not show up for my appointment. I agree that 24 hours notice is required for cancelling an appointment. Cancellations made within 3 hours of scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% charge of service. Fees charged does not apply to future services & is automatically charged by our booking system with your credit card retained on file. Multiple no shows, & last minute cancellations may prevent you from booking services in the future. We send several texts & email reminders for your appointment in an effort to avoid these charges. PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE ON SOCIAL MEDIA FOR APPOINTMENTS OR CHANGES. Please call the salon during business hours or email us when closed.
